ughhh, deviantart has been infiltrated by blurry luvo-myspace-pics taken with no consideration of composition, lighting etc. and crap anime (i know there's good, quality manga art, but then there's .. crap ones).
this site is no longer about art anymore T_T i know this because i have to browse through 36 pages of "self-portraits" to find a decent artwork.
